What do Honda owners think of their cars? In the Independent 2009 JD Power Survey of customer satisfaction, Honda finished 2nd out of twenty eight motor manufacturers - the sixth time we've finished in the top five. We're quite happy with that, but we'll be even happier when we're number one.
